I remember being on Holiday with evening meals included that were buffet style. The food was not that great but people were piling their plates up AND going back again and again. They were eating 5 or 6 portions in one meal.
There was one girl who must have been about 12 and YES, she was fat! On her plate, she had Pizza, Pasta, Rice and Chips and that was it. 4 lots of carbohydrate! The only hint of something from another food group was the topping on the pizza!
Give me a normal "fixed portion" menu any day!
