Flat Iron, London
Taking up residency above the Owl & Pussycat pub in Shoreditch, Flat Iron aims to sell high quality steak at a fraction of the cost of its big London steakhouse rivals. A six-week stint is planned, although owner Charlie Carroll believes it could run for longer in Shoreditch before securing a more permanent location.
