Kimchi might sound like a Japanese electronics company but it's actually a traditional Korean dish that will soon be on the lips (literally) of people all over the UK. This fermented vegetable dish is already big in the States and is growing in popularity over here with its use in burgers and stews. It won't take hold overnight, but expect to see Korean-inspired dishes cropping up in a restaurant near you soon.
