Wasted space, i have been barbecu-en for years & i have been using all these so called tips for years - Common sense. Nothing new then on MSN.

Another good tip is less is more. Don't over complicate things. like waiting 2 days for brine.

most of the time michelin chef a part from givin order they never done a barbecue themself,on fact it is only rustic good food on there well season and value for money without the need of swearing........and get paid million
