Resting and reflecting
Fatigued, but oddly proud, it was time to rest and reflect. So how did Red Dog and the Devastator stack up? Well, the guys certainly know how to smoke their meat, and the setting could barely be better if you're planning an evening out with friends.
Given the smiles all around me, a little more breathing inbetween mouthfuls and I'm sure I'd have been planning my next visit before I finished. For the time being, though, it's onto the salads for me...
