Magnetic toast tongs

I love gadgets, they can be fun and cheap. You don't have to buy any thing you can't afford.

I recently had to replace my worn out griddle and with the new one as a free gift (Ha Ha it´s all in the price) came a 20cm. square electric hot plate that looks as though it is from the same place as the gadget in the illustration above.

It´s turned out to be a "Godsend", absolutely perfect for cooking bacon and egg for one and is cleaned in seconds with a quick wipe down with kitchen paper.

So, Desert Walker, don´t knock everything you see advertised, try using your head instead of spouting silly socialist dogma.

Talking of rip offs,its gone far beyond a joke now..

Their coming in through the front door at us.

If you forget to tax your vehicle in time theres a fine,sure theres a reminder after about two weeks have past after the last tax disc expired so they think they are helping you remember things,actually they want you to rely on them when they arent needed,(authorities I mean) for that sort of thing I use post it notes or diaries...or better still a calender...

What about if someone has decided to go away on a six month trek up the Amazon or something else that lasts for months on end,when you set off the tax on the vehicle had about six months to run,so how far ahead do we have to think to avoid getting caught out & fined? A year,ten years?

Best one yet is stopping at a motorway services because as we all know the signs on the motorways say tiredness can kill,take a break...how about obeying these signs of caution & doing the safe thing ,which is to pull into a service area for a coffee,energy drink or walk around in fresh air...what about falling asleep in the vehicle,waking up a few hours later with still hundreds of empty car parking spaces around you may I add...feeling refreshed & safe to continue on your journey thinking you,ve done the repsonbsible thing..get home,two weeks later recieve a fine that states you stayed at the service area too long, but its ok if you pay the elaborated fine within two weeks you get the reduced rate...what a load of rot. It says the company is sending the fine on behalf of their client,that would be the service area cafe probably then,I cant mention the exact name but its similar to a dwarf chef,tiny chef, a little c    h    e     f   person to be more precise...thats the ones I just paid good money to by way of a coffee or breakfast roll to fuel up before heading on my journey..now they want to fine me for taking too long to eat it...crazy

Watch out folks they are out there & they wait until we relax or cant keepawake any longer,then they pounce with their beaurocratic nonsense...
