If you don't fancy wrestling with a tool belt and lobster crackers, Maine is dotted with hundreds of shacks, diners, bars and restaurants that'll do the work for you and stuff the lobster meat in an overfilled, lightly grilled brioche-style roll. They come hot, cold, mayo-laden, mayo-free, with pickle, without pickle, with drawn butter... everywhere has a take. And they're all pretty much delicious. This particular example is from Miller's, Spruce Head, Maine.
