Tasted and rated: the UK's best boxed chocolates

We've tried, tasted and rated a huge variety of boxed chocolates to bring you the UK's best boxes of chocolates. All are easily available from major supermarkets or high street shops around the UK and all are reasonably priced. But if you'd like to cut down on the cost, many come in smaller boxes. Easy.
Nothing says 'I'm giving you a gift I'd like for myself' quite like a box of chocolates. So this Mother's Day, give the gift that keeps on giving - provided there's a hidden extra layer of course. You never know, you may get to eat some yourself.
We called on four of MSN's finest tasters to rate the chocolates. Each taster rated them, giving scores out of 10 for: taste, appearance and overall. The panel was: Craig Butcher, MSN Food editor; Sarah Hecks, MSN Her fashion and beauty editor; Monica Stylli, MSN editorial producer; and Jackie Hillsdon, MSN Food web producer.
