Madhur Jaffrey is one of our favourite Indian cooks exploring Britain's favourite cuisine, and her book Curry Nation contains over 100 recipes and is simply stunning. The photography is vibrant and the recipes explore modern curry recipes inspired by Punjabi, Gujarati, Goan, Parsi, Bengali, Bangladeshi, Rajasthani and Jain dishes. Jaffrey also gives some traditional recipes a new twist - pairing aloo gobi with roast lamb.
