Cinnamon Kitchen: The Cookbook by Vivek Singh
Vivek Singh launches his fourth cookbook this autumn. It shows off what he does best at his celebrated London restaurant - combining authentic Indian spices with western cooking techniques, producing unique modern Indian cuisine. Look out for the Scottish Angus fillet with masala potato chips and black leg chicken with fresh fenugreek. Be aware that some of the recipes can be fairly complicated.
