This book is an updated version of Delia Smith's classic winter collection, which was first published in 1995. If you want a classic cookbook that celebrates the winter, this is the one for you. Think rich autumn fruits, winter veg, fish and game, soups and roasts, casseroles and comfort food. We recommend trying the sticky gingerbread puddings with ginger wine and brandy sauce. Yum.

JERK PORK IS AMAZING, EVERYONE LOVED IT & I'LL NEVER BE AFRAID TO COOK PORK AGAIN (WHICH IS MY LEAST FAVOURITE MEAT) IT TOOK ME A LOT LONGER THAN 15 MINUTES THOUGH.  I'M SURE IT CAN BE DONE IF YOU DON'T HAVE COMPANY IN YOUR KITCHEN OR A GLASS OF WINE WINKING AT YOU LOL.  MAKES ME WANT TO PICK ANOTHER FOR TOMORROW BUT ALREADY PREPARED A SHEPHERDS PIE PREVIOUSLY WHICH BECAME RELEGATED AFTER MY PARTNER BOUGHT ME THIS BOOK!
