Jamie's no stranger to authoring a new book each Christmas, and this year is no different. The only difference is he's whittled down his recipes to just 15 minutes (down from last year's 30 minutes). Is it up to scratch? As with previous timed recipes, every cook is different and it seems likely that just as many of us will be able to keep within this timing as won't. If it's a good dose of inspiration in the kitchen you're after, go for it.

JERK PORK IS AMAZING, EVERYONE LOVED IT & I'LL NEVER BE AFRAID TO COOK PORK AGAIN (WHICH IS MY LEAST FAVOURITE MEAT) IT TOOK ME A LOT LONGER THAN 15 MINUTES THOUGH.  I'M SURE IT CAN BE DONE IF YOU DON'T HAVE COMPANY IN YOUR KITCHEN OR A GLASS OF WINE WINKING AT YOU LOL.  MAKES ME WANT TO PICK ANOTHER FOR TOMORROW BUT ALREADY PREPARED A SHEPHERDS PIE PREVIOUSLY WHICH BECAME RELEGATED AFTER MY PARTNER BOUGHT ME THIS BOOK!
