Bath Soft Cheese
Made by the company of the same name, Bath Soft Cheese comes from Park Farm in Avon. Nominated in the brilliantly named "Soft White Cow" class, the cheese - a mushroomy coat around a creamy interior - dates back hundreds of years: Lord Nelson's father was a fan. Ian Wellens of The Cheese Shed describes it as "Brie-style - and a particularly nice example of such cheeses."
