Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens and Food Network UK presenter Andy Bates judge your competition entries.
Biography: William Leigh

William Leigh, contributor, MSN Food
William is a food writer and chef who has written extensively for a large number of publications both in the UK and abroad including Hello Magazine, delicious., Men's Health and GQ and has worked in some of the country's toughest kitchens for a number of well-known chefs.
Alongside writing and cooking professionally, he also pens a popular food blog and these days is more likely to be found tinkering around in the kitchen at home than anywhere else.
His favourite things are gooseberries and mangosteens, but he's got a weakness for hot dogs in soft white buns smothered with cheap ketchup and bright yellow mustard.
He lives in North London amongst his pots, pans and a patient guinea pig of a flatmate.
